After discovering the benefits of Chinese medicine and acupuncture for her own health, Ellen quickly fell in love with the depth of the medicine—its ability to see each person as a whole and support the body’s innate capacity to heal. This personal experience inspired her journey into acupuncture and continues to shape her clinical philosophy today, where every treatment is tailored to the individual and grounded in both traditional wisdom and modern scientific evidence.
Ellen has a strong passion for helping women feel at home in their bodies through every stage of life. With a special interest in fertility, reproductive health, pregnancy and postpartum care, she combines the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the latest evidence in reproductive and gynaecological medicine to deliver personalised, compassionate care.
Committed to lifelong learning, Ellen continually keeps up to date with the latest advances in ART, IVF and gynaecology research. She believes the best outcomes come from integrating evidence-based care with the time-tested principles of Chinese medicine, empowering women with treatment that is both personalised and informed.
Beyond the treatment room, Ellen believes movement is a powerful form of medicine and values its role in building strength, resilience, and long-term wellbeing. She is equally passionate about client education, believing that the more we understand our bodies, the better we can advocate for our health.
